[My Pass](https://kb.swimtime.org/knowledge-base/my-account?hsLang=en#my-pass) # What is "My Pass"? ## My Pass is a new feature from Swimtime designed to help you sign in at our venues. My Pass was developed in response to the COVID-19 social distancing measures imposed during the phased ending of lockdown. It is designed to reduce the need for contact when signing in at a venue and to confirm that you need to be on the premises. ### How do I use "My Pass"? For instructions on how to use **My Pass** click [**here**](https://kb.swimtime.org/knowledge/how-do-i-use-my-pass?hsLang=en) ### How does it work? My Pass activates 15 minutes before the start of a lesson, showing the venue staff that you need access to the pool and changing rooms. It stays active for the duration of the lesson. - Up until 15 minutes before your lesson starts your pass will show **Red**. Simply show your green pass to reception and they'll sign you in. ![image-4](https://kb.swimtime.org/hs-fs/hubfs/image-4.png?width=422&name=image-4.png) **Please Note:** Venue staff may ask to see your pass while your child is in the lesson.
