# Using Swimtime Gift Codes

## How do I use the Swimtime Gift Code I have received/bought from the Swimtime Store?

Swimtime gift codes can be used to pay towards Swimming Lessons throughout the Swimtime network.

#### **Using Swimtime Gift Codes**

**Gift codes cannot be used against the initial payment of a Monthly Plan.**

Instead, it will be applied as credit to your Swimtime account and used against your subsequent Monthly Payments.

When you make a booking with Swimtime, simply add your Gift Code value and reference to the **Booking Note **section:

**Please Note:** You will still be required to enter payment details during the booking process, but these will only be used if there is a remaining balance after your Gift Code is applied, and/or to set up recurring payments on the Monthly Plan.

When your local Swimtime office processes your provisional booking, they will apply the gift code code when taking payment.
