Which DW venues have closed?
Not all DW venues have closed. We are informed that venues operating under the sister brand "Fitness First" remain open. Your local office will be in touch to confirm whether or not your lesson programme has been affected. Keep an eye out for the email or sms.
Will the August classes go ahead?
Interim classes that had been set up for August at DW venues will no longer be taking place. Payments already made can remain on your account as a credit to be used against future lessons at an alternative venue or a refund can be requested by contacting your local office.
Will the lessons move to another venue?
At this time we are looking for alternative venues and keeping up to date with developments, as it is possible that the venues may be bought by another leisure provider. We will keep you updated.
Will the normal swim programme start in September at these venues?
We will contact clients as soon as we have news on lessons re starting in September.
