Reactivation Of My Monthly Plan

As venues fully re-open and the regular class calendar resumes we will be reactivating the associated Monthly Plans

How Will I Know?

Step 1

You will receive a re-enrolment email that references your Monthly Plan, saying  "Your Monthly Recurring Payments will continue at £xx.xx". 

Step 2

Your plan will be reactivated a week before the first lesson of the new term.

Step 3

You will receive confirmation that your plan has been reactivated, titled "Swimtime Monthly Plan Reactivated". The email will look like this:

In this example, John's plan for Jack is:

  • £35.00 per month
  • Paid on the 15th of each month
  • The plan is being reactivated on 1st September

Hi John

Lessons are restarting so Jack’s Swimtime Monthly Plan has been reactivated.

A payment of £16.33 will be taken on 02/09/2020 which covers lessons from 01/09/2020 to 15/09/2020

Your next scheduled payment of £35.00 will then be taken on 15/09/2020.

How is that first payment calculated?

The monthly payment is divided by the days in the month, then multiplied by the days between the plan reactivation date and the next payment date.

So in the example provided, that's (£35.00 / 30) x 14 = £16.33

  • £35.00 / 30 = £1.66
  • £1.66 x 14 = £16.33
