      What if I Change My Mind Within 14 Days

      If you sign up or switch to the Swimtime Monthly Plan you still have 14 days to change your mind.

      Please Note: The "Leave Swimtime" function on your account MUST NOT be used if you change your mind within 14 days.

      If you do change your mind please contact accountsupport@swimtime.org with the following information:

      • Your Name
      • Your Email
      • The Swimmer's Name
      • State whether you are:
        • Staying with Swimtime on a "Pay in Advance" basis, OR
        • Leaving Swimtime altogether

       

      Please Note: If you change your mind after receiving your welcome pack it must be returned with the seal still intact, otherwise a £30.00 charge will be added to your Swimtime account.
