When Will I Receive My Welcome Pack?

You will receive your welcome pack within 10 working days of your booking confirmation email.

Once your pack has been dispatched you'll receive an email, including a Royal Mail tracking link. Your pack should be delivered 48-72 hours after you receive the email.
