Statement from Swimtime:

18th March 2020

Dear Customer,

As we made clear in previous emails, the situation with respect of COVID-19 was liable to change quickly.

At the time we communicated with all customers yesterday, the Swim England advice Swimtime quoted was still current. At around 1830, just a few hours after our communication to customers, Swim England updated their guidance and subsequently many local councils and other venues have announced widespread pool closures.

In light of this and clarification from other agencies, we feel that now is the time that we can no longer continue lessons. Credits will be issued automatically in the coming days. For information on Credits and for further updates, please come back to this page - it will be updated as often as necessary.

We would like to stress that this is an unprecedented situation and we have worked around the clock balancing statements from various authorities and listening to our Customers, Teachers and Franchisees many of whom we know will be saddened and disappointed by this decision.

These are not easy times for our communities and we would like to thank you all for your understanding and patience.

Our family of small business owners and teachers face an uncertain future. We know you hold them in high regard and we look forward to welcoming you back to Swimtime in the not to distant future.

Credits for all remaining lessons have been added to your Swimtime accounts. These credits will be redeemed against future lessons when they are back up & running.

All Swimtime Monthly Plans have been frozen as of 18th March 2020, so no further payments will be taken.
