Statement from Swimtime:

12th May 2020

Dear Customer,

Following the latest government guidance and advice, local councils and other venues are continuing to keep their pools closed.

As previously stated, Credits have automatically been applied to accounts.  For information on Credits and for further updates, please come back to this page - it will be updated as often as necessary.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and seek guidance from various authorities and governing bodies.  As soon as we are in a position to share more information we will. 

In the meantime, we continue to keep in touch with our Teachers and Franchisees, helping them as best we can to get through this difficult situation.

These are not easy times for our communities and we would like to thank you all for your understanding and patience as well as the heart warming messages of support.

Our family of small business owners and teachers face an uncertain future. We know you hold them in high regard and we look forward to welcoming you back to Swimtime in the not to distant future.

Credits

Credits for all remaining lessons have been added to your Swimtime accounts. These credits will be redeemed against future lessons when they are back up & running.

Swimtime Monthly Plans

All Swimtime Monthly Plans have been frozen as of 18th March 2020, so no further payments will be taken.
