# Contacting Your Local Swimtime Office (Existing Customers)

## The best way to get hold of someone to resolve an enquiry or query is to contact your local Swimtime office

- Log in to your [Swimtime Account](https://www.swimtime.org/portal/login)
- Click on the **Telephone** button
