What is happening with the lessons cancelled due to the COVID-19 shutdown?
All remaining lessons from 18th March 2020 to the end of the current term (4th April 2020 in most cases) have been cancelled. Credits for these lessons have been applied to your Swimtime account including a portion of the Venue Non-Member fee where applicable.
These credits will be redeemed against future lessons when they are back up & running.

You can view a full record of all your transactions, including all credits via your online account.

Next Term
Some classes had already been re-enrolled for the term starting after Easter. As we are currently unable to give a confirmed return date for classes we have rolled back these classes and removed all related charges.
