# Accessing My Digital Certificates

## You can access your Swimmer's digital Swimtime certificates via the Customer Portal

- Log in to the **[Customer Portal](https://portal.swimtime.org/login)**
- Select **My Swimmers**
- Select **Awards**

- On the Awards page, select the award you wish to view

**Please Note: **Swimtime started awarding digital certificates from October 2023. Digital certificates will not be available for any awards earned before that date. 

You can identify an award that has a digital certificate attached by the red ribbon

- Select **Download**

The certificate will download as a **PDF** to your browser. Your browser should show you a link to the file once it finishes downloading, but if not, it will be in the downloads section of the browser. 

### FAQs

- **How many times can I download the certificate?** 
    - As many times as you like
- **Are the certificates printable**  
    - Yes. You can print them at home, or send the PDF to a professional printer
