# What if I Change My Mind Within 14 Days

## If you sign up or switch to the Swimtime Monthly Plan you still have 14 days to change your mind.

**Please Note:** The "Leave Swimtime" function on your account MUST NOT be used if you change your mind within 14 days.

If you do change your mind please contact accountsupport@swimtime.org with the following information:

- **Your Name**
- **Your Email**
- **The Swimmer's Name**
- State whether you are: 
    - **Staying with Swimtime on a "Pay in Advance" basis,** OR
    - **Leaving Swimtime altogether**

 

**Please Note:** If you change your mind after receiving your welcome pack it must be returned with the **seal still intact**, otherwise a £30.00 charge will be added to your Swimtime account.
